Birth services

On call to support you from 36 weeks pregnant, provide emotional and physical support during your labour, help you advocate for yourself and feel empowered during your birth.

Very limited spots for births due to having little kids at home. Taking clients for Fall 2026 onwards.

$1800 includes birth support, 2 prenatal visits and 3 postpartum visits

Postpartum services

I can help with newborn care, emotional support, birth debriefing, light housework, meal prepping, errands, lactation support and babywearing education during the first 6 months postpartum (longer if needed)

Currently not available for overnight support due to having little kids at home.

$1600 for 36 total hours (12 shifts @ 3 hours, 1-2 times a week based on your preferences) and $45/hour for each additional hour thereafter.

Prenatal services

Providing emotional and practical support for pregnancy. I can help with prepping meals and snacks for postpartum, assembling baby gear, writing a birth plan, creating a plan for postpartum, and providing emotional support for difficulties in pregnancy, such as high-risk pregnancies and bed rest.

$525 for 12 total hours (4 shifts @ 3 hours) and $45/hour for each additional hour thereafter

Loss services

Providing emotional and physical support during miscarriage, abortion, TFMR and stillbirth. I can provide support before and after procedures, during stillbirth, collecting keepsakes, and providing support afterwards with debriefing, grief rituals, emotional support, and practical tasks such as cooking and housework.

$40/hour as needed, sliding scale and volunteer services available too.
